Regard is a system for share registration and all related business activities; Depend is a system for central securities depositories, and the clearing and settlement of securities transactions.

Both products are constructed using a three-tier client-server architecture which is flexible, scalable, portable and supports the implementation of a highly secure environment.  The systems are developed for the .NET framework and consequently allow a high level of integration with service users and other service providers.

Target Regard customers can be small in-house registries a small number of accounts to large registration service bureax with thousands of clients and millions of accounts.

Target Depend customers can be small depository operations with a few accounts operated on the "silo model" to large "retail model" national central depositories and registries with many million investor accounts maintained.

Benchmarking for a small entry level system with no scaling applied and an "untuned" database indicates up to 200,000 transactions per hour.
